The Parsons Audio Team has installed an outdoor array of Technomad weatherproof speakers in the Center of Norwood, MA. We used (21) Technomad Vernal speakers through a Lab Gruppen E 12.2 1,200 Watt Amplifier.
The system is used for background music in the park and can be remotely controlled from the town hall across the street. Norwood Electric Light assisted with routing all of the speaker cables underground and up through the lampposts so that it’s a very clean installation. The speakers are well-rated for outdoor use and should stand up to weather conditions year-round. Music is provided by a commercial subscription to Pandora, an internet radio streaming service.
