Description
Offered for your listening pleasure is a pair of pampered Meyer Sound HD-1’s. This model of studio monitor has been a primary tool of some of the most admired recording engineers since its introduction in 1991. With a useable frequency response of 32 Hz – 22 kHz and the industry’s first phase coherent crossover, these self-powered monitors can provide unmatched clarity and precision for your control room (or in a home theater, as this pair has been used for exclusively.) These speakers were likely purchased around 2008, and had their latest full Level 2 factory service (complete refurbishment, update, and recalibration in Meyer’s anechoic chamber) in 2019. The original owner of these Meyer HD-1’s, a retired recording engineer, has cared for and enjoyed these speakers for many years but is upgrading to digital systems in both of his home theaters. Let us know if you have any questions about this pair of speakers for your studio, or if you would be interested in a full set of five for your home theater or listening space. Please note that these speakers are in acoustically perfect condition, though they may show very minor cosmetic signs of use on the wood cabinet. Factory shipping containers, speaker grilles, and power cords included.
